Wasgamuwa National Park

Wasgamuwa park is found in Matale and Polonnaruwa districts deckled by the “Mahaweli” watercourse. it's 225 metric linear unit from Colombo via Kandy.

The park was declared as a park in 1984. it absolutely was evident that this space had been soul by ancient Sinhala Kingdoms because the remaining of Wasgamuwa, Wilmitiya and Dasthota tanks shows the prosperity of the traditional kingdoms.
